"Suspension feels so dialed"
Wow. My Santa Cruz has been handling rough trails way better than I thought it would. The suspension feels super smooth over the little chatter, but it still stays supportive when I hit bigger drops or chunky sections. Nice. No weird bobbing, no harsh hits so far, just a really easy and fun ride overall. Stoked.

"Solid bike, uh, just a little expensive"
I bought a Santa Cruz bike through the site, and overall I’ve been happy with it. The components feel really solid so far, the drivetrain shifts smoothly, the brakes have plenty of bite, and the suspension actually feels set up for real trail riding, not just something thrown on to look good.
I’m giving it 4 stars because, uh, for the price I did expect a couple things to be a bit better. The stock tires wore down faster than I thought they would, which was a little annoying. That said, the main parts feel dependable, and I haven’t run into any major problems yet.

"Comfort’s fine, but the fit threw me off a little"
At first I thought these were comfortable, and to be fair, the ride is decent. But then after a longer trip, I started noticing the fit felt kind of strange, like not terrible, just a bit off in a way I didn’t notice right away. Maybe it’s the sizing or just how they sit after a while. Overall they’re okay, but I’m still not totally sold on the fit

"Looks great, but climbs wore me out"
I’ll give it this—the bike looks really nice, and I was excited when I first got it. Then I hit the first real climb and my mood changed fast. It just feels heavier and slower than I expected, especially for the price. Downhill, though? that part is a blast. So yeah, I went from loving it to side-eyeing it quickly. Fun on the way down, not so fun getting up there.

I thought sorting out my warranty was going to be a bit of a hassle, but it turned out to be really straightforward. They helped me get everything sorted without any back-and-forth, which was a nice surprise.

"Feels like money well spent"
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but my quick test is always simple: if it feels solid, rides smooth, and I’m not second-guessing the price afterward, it’s probably a good buy. This bike checked those boxes for me. The build feels sturdy, it rides great, and I don’t feel like I overpaid

"Seems like a solid frame so far"
I’ve been riding this hard for a few months now, and my gut says it’s built to last. The frame still feels solid with no weird flexing or issues, just a few scratches from normal use. I knocked off one star mostly because it’s definitely not cheap, but overall I feel good about it.

"Just not worth it"
I waited and waited longer than they said I would for a reply, and the website made a simple order question feel way harder than it needed to be. The bikes might be fine, sure, but dealing with the site was just annoying, annoying enough that I wouldn’t bother using it again.

I ordered from Santa Cruz Bicycles and overall the shipping was solid. The tracking worked fine, and the bike arrived packed really well. I was expecting it a bit sooner—actually, it ended up taking a couple extra days—but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m still happy with how the delivery went

Good experience. The dealer was helpful and got my Santa Cruz sorted fast. Updates were a little slow, but no big deal. Overall, happy with it.

"Great at first... but didn’t last"
It worked really well in the beginning, so I was happy with it at first. But after about a year, the bearings kept going bad... and it just became frustrating. Not really thrilled with how it held up

"Felt brushed off when I needed help"
The bike itself is fine, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. It took a while to hear back, and when they did respond, it felt like they were just sending generic answers instead of actually reading what I asked. I felt a bit dismissed, like my issue wasn’t worth much attention. Not the worst experience, but getting help was way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Had to Go With My Backup Choice"
I went in hoping to pick up a specific color I had my eye on, but unfortunately it was out of stock. I looked around a bit and ended up finding another option that was okay, so it wasn’t a total loss. Still, the stock felt a little hit or miss

"The bike designs look really cool..."
The bike designs look really cool, and I actually like the colors a lot. The weird part is, even though everything looks nice on its own, the whole site feels kind of busy when you’re looking around. It’s not the easiest on the eyes after a while.

I’ll be honest, I was kind of suspicious at first because it felt almost too smooth compared to my old bike. But after a few rides, it climbs really nicely, takes corners without much effort, and feels plenty fast for what I need
